On Friday, 8/28, I had the great opportunity to meet George Nikou, the store executive and Mohammad, the store associate, to check out an LG TV and Bose speakers. George greeted me when I walked in the door and we moved immediately to the purpose of my visit. George was excellent from the first second in helping me get what I needed and pointing me in the right direction. George handed me off to Mohammad who showed me the tv and speakers one last time and answered a few questions I had before I made the purchase. The other major help George provided was explaining how I could leverage the Best Buy 15% back in rewards with a new Best Buy card. I went ahead and got the Best Buy card to receive the 15% in rewards and I plan to pay the bill when the first statement arrives. Thanks again George and Mohammad, for making the visit to the McKinney Best Buy quick, easy and enjoyable.

Te employees at this location are phenomenal 🙌🏽 I had an issue with Samsung, and the Best Buy staff, as a third party, had nothing to do with it. However, Evelyn (customer service) and Michael (store manager) were so friendly and helpful that they not only gave me the answer I was looking for but also got my product back in perfect condition. This location has never let me down, and I hope they keep it up. Also, this is your reminder to be a good customer as well!! Be nice with the staff and blessed them cause without them some things won't happen 💕

Had to hunt down a salesperson. Another customer and I were waiting around for a good 10 minutes before we went looking for help ourselves. Once I tracked down Saad though, he was great. Left happy with my purchase and even scored a discount on an Apple product I’d been eyeing. They had the colors in stock which was nice. Better floor coverage would go a long way!

Purchased the RocketFish TV and soundbar for my living room and TV. Very impressive. I also got a new soundbar for living room the Bose, caught an awesome sales deal. So far the sound quality is nice.

Unfortunately, one star is the lowest I can give. I ordered a Garmin watch from Best Buy on a Sunday to be delivered by Roadie the next day. It didn't arrive. On Tuesday, my Best Buy app said that my delivery was delayed. I tried calling the Best Buy call center and went down an AI black hole where it tried to reschedule my delivery appointment. My delivery did not arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday. On Thursday, I returned to this store (the store where I purchased it) and was told by Mo that my order was returned to the Lewisville store from which it was sent. No explanation given. He said that I would receive an email notifying me of my refund within the next 24 hours. I got nothing on Friday. I returned to the store on Saturday. I asked about the refund and waited for 20 minutes, ostensibly while he checked with the Lewisville store on the status of my refund. But he did nothing. Finally, I asked to speak to his manager (Tyson?) who came over and worked on the computer to pull up some information while never addressing me or my concerns. Then he spoke to Mo who smugly told me that I had been refunded on Friday. I asked about the email he had promised. He said that Lewisville had
